It’s so easy these days to merely grab a camera or cell phone and snap a picture of whatsoever catches your eye. You may have thousands of photos just lying around. And that doesn’t count all of your other art like paintings and prints. So what is a person to do with all of these treasures that could never be parted with? There are a good deal of originative ways to hang and display art, and this article is full of such ideas. It will be hard to pick just a few!

The general rule of thumb for hanging objects on the wall is to hang them at eye level. They will merely be more delighting to look at if you don’t have to look way up or down to see them. If you are hanging pieces in a group, think of all of them as one big picture. In these cases it may be having little impact to cut out scraps of paper the same size as your art and position them on the floor before actually going for the hammer. (Incidentally, odd numbered groupings always look the best.) Another primary considerateness is size – make sure the scale of your art matches the size of the wall and furniture. Lastly you will want to consider lighting. While objects and pictures do not need to be spotlighted, oftentimes times the art will be even more likeable if you focus a beam of light on it. Now that we have the fundamental principle of hanging art pieces we may talk in regards to ways to arrange them. Here are a heap of ideas:

Ways to Arrange Your Art on the Wall:

1.	Hang assorted pictures in a row, either horizontally or vertically. You could have just three or as some as you need to fill up your wall. It’s a good way to keep your eyes moving around the room, too.

2.	You may likewise offset them. Take two or more pictures and hang one. Then step the other one down by a few inches. It is sort of like hanging them on a diagonal.

3.	Place four likewise shaped objects in a square to create a box shape. If you have six or more you could always do a rectangle.

4.	Try placing art in a collage on your wall. Find various dissimilar objects such as paintings, photos, and architectural art and mix them up in a delighting way. Keep them somewhat close together and do not forget the rule of three.

5.	Hang photos above a staircase. Echo the shape of your stairs by staggering the items up the wall like a set of steps.

6.	Arrange your art in themes. If you have a bunch of botanicals, group them all together rather of placing them separately in dissimilar parts of your home.

Ways to Hang and Frame Your Art:

7.	Frame your usual pictures in a distinctive way. For example, you could use silk flowers or evergreen garland to surround the piece. Simply glue them to the existent frame and hang.

8.	Hang photos or pictures from ribbon or wire. You could even hang multiples together the same way by hanging a rod on the wall and stringing the photos from it on ribbon.

9.	Arrange art around a doorway or window. Start at the bottom and go up one side, over the top, and down the other. The pieces ought to be little and not too busy if you do this.

10.	Group pictures together in a collage or one of the other suggested shapes. Then take a piece of molding and build a frame big sufficient to surround the whole group and hang it on the wall around the pieces. Or you could just use paint and formulate a faux frame on the wall.

11.	Do you have a landscape picture of the beach or countryside? Consider buying some inexpensive plastic shutters and putting them on either side of the item for a window effect.

Ways to Arrange Artwork on Furniture:

12.	Look through each room in your house and see where you might be capable to sit a lot of pictures. Tops of cabinets and dressers work well, as do desks, the top of your TV, or even near the jacuzzi in the master bathroom.

13.	Do you have a space amongst your kitchen cabinets and the ceiling? This is a perfective spot to display a good deal of little art.

14.	Got a fireplace? Try putting a heap of photos or paintings on the mantle – don’t hang them above, just sit them on top. Enhance the photo with a couple of well-chosen accessories.

15.	If you have a curio cabinet that is not genuinely being employed for curios, you may always put art inside instead.

16.	Do you own a piano? The top of an upright, or even a grand piano, is a outstanding place for art items.

17.	If your piece of art is comparatively large, try sitting it on the floor. Lean it versus a wall out of the way of kids, pets, and heavy traffic and watch the smiles you are sure to get.

18.	Hang up a shelf, set your pictures on top and lean them versus the wall. It is a nice modify from hanging them by a nail.

19.	If your décor will allow, put up a great deal of chair rail picture molding. Like regular chair rails, this is installed at around three feet from the ground and is fundamentally a very little shelf that circles your room. Lean art and photos up versus the wall and let your treasures surround you.

20.	If you are merely looking for a distinguishable way to display your photos on a table, try a vignette. For example, gather three portrait photos, a couple of your bestloved landscape paintings, a tall candlestick and galore greenery and arrange them on the tabletop. It will make them seem more necessary if you group the items together.

Unique Places to Display Art:

21.	Hang three or four huge pictures in a square or rectangle above your bed for an instant and distinguishable headboard.

22.	If the art is weather-resistant or may be made to withstand the elements, undertake hanging a piece or two outside. The front door makes a bold statement when adorned with a favored piece of art.

23.	Do you have one of those bath and shower combos that don’t rather reach to the ceiling? If you have a picture that may withstand the steam and heat of the shower (behind glass or enclosed in a metal frame for example), hang it in this blank area to add interest.

24.	Another idea for those heat and steam immune pieces is to hang them above the stove as a backsplash. Just be sure you may wipe them clean.

25.	If you have one of those huge sterile bathroom mirrors you may always hang a photo in front of it to make it more appealing. Take a piece that will match the décor in your bath, find a complementary ribbon, and hang it in the center of the mirror (from the wall above). This will add interest while still leaving a great deal of mirror to use.

Things to Make That Will Display Your Photos:

26.	Take three huge pieces of wood, hinge them together accordion style, cover them with fabric, and use them as a room divider screen. Hang photos, pictures and all kinds of other art on your “new wall”.

27.	Using the same idea, formulate a little screen for in front of your fireplace. It is a outstanding spot to hang seasonal art for the summer when the fireplace is not in use. Just be careful to use flame retardant materials near working fireplaces.

28.	Create a coffee table to display your photos. Purchase a table that fits with your décor, or use the one you already have, and get a piece of glass cut to the size of the table top. Arrange your photos on the table, then lay the glass on top for a unique, utile and waterproof art gallery.

29.	If you have a picture or painting that is around 16 by 20 inches, make it into a side table. Attach the art to a piece of wood cut to the same size, then add legs you may buy at any home betterment store. Paint if you wish. Make sure you have the top covered in glass or Plexiglas, and you have an instant side table.

30.	Create a shelf out of art. Take a piece of art or a special photo and get a flat frame to put it in. Nail a little piece of wood that is the same width as the frame and a couple of inches deep to the bottom. Paint it the same color as the frame, hang the photo on your wall, and you are ready to accessorize with a little bud vase, miniature collectables, or even spices in the kitchen.

It’s so easy these days to plainly grab a camera or cell phone and snap a picture of whatsoever catches your eye. You may have thousands of photos just lying around. And that doesn’t count all of your other art like paintings and prints. So what is a person to do with all of these treasures that could never be parted with? There are galore originative ways to hang and display art, and this article is full of such ideas. It will be hard to pick just a few!

The popular rule of thumb for hanging objects on the wall is to hang them at eye level. They will plainly be more delighting to look at if you don’t have to look way up or down to see them. If you are hanging pieces in a group, think of all of them as one big picture. In these cases it may be requiring little effort to cut out scraps of paper the same size as your art and position them on the floor before genuinely going for the hammer. (Incidentally, odd numbered groupings always look the best.) Another crucial thoughtfulness is size – make sure the scale of your art matches the size of the wall and furniture. Lastly you will want to consider lighting. While objects and pictures do not need to be spotlighted, often times times the art will be even more likeable if you focus a beam of light on it. Now that we have the fundamental principle of hanging art pieces we may talk regarding ways to arrange them. Here are a heap of ideas:

Ways to Arrange Your Art on the Wall:

1.	Hang various pictures in a row, either horizontally or vertically. You could have just three or as a lot of as you need to fill up your wall. It’s a good way to keep your eyes moving around the room, too.

2.	You may likewise offset them. Take two or more pictures and hang one. Then step the other one down by a few inches. It is sort of like hanging them on a diagonal.

3.	Place four also shaped objects in a square to create a box shape. If you have six or more you could always do a rectangle.

4.	Try placing art in a collage on your wall. Find various dissimilar objects such as paintings, photos, and architectural art and mix them up in a delighting way. Keep them reasonably close together and do not forget the rule of three.

5.	Hang photos above a staircase. Echo the shape of your stairs by staggering the items up the wall like a set of steps.

6.	Arrange your art in themes. If you have a bunch of botanicals, group them all together rather of placing them separately in dissimilar constituents of your home.

Ways to Hang and Frame Your Art:

7.	Frame your popular pictures in a distinctive way.

The pieces must be little and not too busy if you do this.

Consider buying a good deal of inexpensive plastic shutters and putting them on either side of the item for a window effect.

Ways to Arrange Artwork on Furniture:

12.	Look through each room in your house and see where you might be capable to sit a lot of pictures. Tops of cabinets and dressers work well, as do desks, the top of your TV, or even near the jacuzzi in the master bathroom.

13.	Do you have a space amid your kitchen cabinets and the ceiling? This is a perfective spot to display a good deal of little art.

14.	Got a fireplace? Try putting numerous photos or paintings on the mantle – don’t hang them above, just sit them on top. Enhance the photo with a couple of well-chosen accessories.

15.	If you have a curio cabinet that is not in truth being applied for curios, you may always put art inside instead.

19.	If your décor will allow, put up galore chair rail picture molding. Like regular chair rails, this is installed at around three feet from the ground and is fundamentally a very little shelf that circles your room. Lean art and photos up versus the wall and let your treasures surround you.

20.	If you are plainly looking for a distinctive way to display your photos on a table, try a vignette. For example, gather three portrait photos, a couple of your bestloved landscape paintings, a tall candlestick and numerous greenery and arrange them on the tabletop. It will make them seem more essential if you group the items together.

Unique Places to Display Art:

21.	Hang three or four huge pictures in a square or rectangle above your bed for an instant and distinctive headboard.

25.	If you have one of those big sterile bathroom mirrors you may always hang a photo in front of it to make it more appealing. Take a piece that will match the décor in your bath, find a complementary ribbon, and hang it in the center of the mirror (from the wall above). This will add interest while still leaving a great deal of mirror to use.

Things to Make That Will Display Your Photos:

26.	Take three big pieces of wood, hinge them together accordion style, cover them with fabric, and use them as a room divider screen. Hang photos, pictures and all kinds of other art on your “new wall”.

27.	Using the same idea, develop a little screen for in front of your fireplace. It is a great spot to hang seasonal art for the summer when the fireplace is not in use.

30.	Create a shelf out of art. Take a piece of art or a particular photo and get a flat frame to put it in. Nail a little piece of wood that is the same width as the frame and a couple of inches deep to the bottom.
Creative Presentation Ideas – It’s Showtime!

Listed under are just 3 of the 100 creative demonstration ideas you may use to make your presentation unforgettable. You may use these originative formally presenting something ideas when speaking to potential investors, at management forums, group discussion lectures or with your colleagues, employees, or any other formally presenting something you have to make.

Each originative idea is described in the following format:

Basic description of the originative visual representation idea

What for? major gains of the idea, or how it may be used

Variations on the originative idea: how you may adjust the idea to dissimilar settings, goals and audiences

Comments: things you ought to pay attention to when using the originative idea

Well, here comes the original originative presentment idea:

Creative Presentation Idea #1:

Description: Do not use titles in your slides

What for?

Tell the viewers that you left out the presentment titles deliberately in order to see if you could deliver your main points clearly

When using the making something publicly available as a learning support in a workshop, if your audience is required to finish the titles, they will have to think with regards to what you are instructing and actively participate in the discussion

Variations:

Leave the titles out for only a great deal of of the slides – perchance the ones that will be used for a review of the visual representation so far, or to trigger a discussion on a arguable issue

Write only half of the title, and ask your audience to finish it

Comments:

You may use a printed “complete” version of the formally presenting something for yourself, so you may see the titles you meant to use

The originative ideas I suggest are of dissimilar kinds and levels. Some are crazier than others. You ought to choose the one that best suits your presentment needs. Do you want to make a actually bold statement? Here is a more outrageous idea:

Creative Presentation Idea #75:

Description: Present the formally presenting something blindfolded!

What for?

You could unquestionably demonstrate your cognition of the subject and a good memory skill as well as self-confidence by using this idea

Use it to add a great deal of humor to your presentation: after you put the blindfold on, purposely make a heap of funny faults when referring to the slides, and only then show them that you recognise what you’re talking about…

Variations:

Put the blindfold on for just a short portion of the presentation, when you want to make a dramatic effect

Provide blindfolds for the participants, so their sense of hearing will be intensified and you could test their memory after a few slides!

Comments:

Take care not to offend people with handicaps (e.g. blind people, etc.). Use this technique when you are sure you may do so tactfully and with good taste

As you might have noticed by now, these originative activity of formally presenting something ideas do not rely on an unbelievable noesis of Power Point, or on unreasonable production expenses. Actually, in some of the ideas you don’t even have to use Power Point at all!. Here’s one:

Creative Presentation Idea #31:

Description: Have a painter/caricaturist assistant -

drawing images/cartoons on a flip chart as you explain

What for?

This would make your demonstration “live” on the go. Instead of using slides, the sketches would visually convey the major points you are attempting to get through. For example – when you talk with regards to the tough task lying ahead, a simple drawing of mountaineers climbing up a steep mountain would etch that effigy in the viewers mind.

A caricaturist could add a touch of humor to your demonstration with funny images and hints

Variations:

If you have the talent – you could draw the sketches yourself as you speak.

If there’s an electronic drawing pad – you could use it and show the drawings on a screen as they are drawn.

Alternatively – ask a lot of of the players themselves to aid you and draw those images on the flip chart as you speak.

You could prepare and give the players a comic book with the primary things you talked about.

Comments:

Make sure there are sufficient flip chart pages you could use, and that every one may see them well.

Rehearse the presentment with the painter and the list the major subjects you are going to talk when it comes to so that s/he would have time to think in regards to how to make significant and applicable drawings.

Here are a few pointers on where to find the person to draw for you: look for high school or college art students who wish to exercise and demonstrate their talent for a little fee or free of charge; ask around for other laborers that have that talent and are more than willing to give a hand. Of course, if the demonstration is worth the investment, you may always hire a professional caricaturist.

From one “crafty” person to another, here are a bunch of ideas to undertake out while you’re crafting or sewing to make your life a bit easier, and to save a bit of cash and time in the process.

1.	Use inexpensive index cards to staple on fabric swatches or ribbon; very handy to take with you to your fabric or craft shop.

2.	Old pillowcases make handy cover-ups for children! Cut out a big hole for the head and two littler holes for the arms and just slip over their heads. They may even embellish them with tie-dye, fabric paint or iron-ons.

3.	If you use rubber stamps for your projects, clean them with a mild detergent after each use, making sure you keep the wood constituents dry. Use a paper towel to arid the stamp and then store them with the stamp side down, away from direct sunlight.

4.	Large bottle caps make handy disposable containers for paints or glue.

5.	Use a toothpick to apply glue to a little part; less “glue-y” fingers!

6.	A damp Q-tip may pick up little items such as seed beads or rhinestones.

7.	Keep a magnet handy in case you drop needles or pins on the floor.

8.	A coffee may is great for storing balls of yarn when crocheting or knitting. Simply punch a hole in the coffee may lid and poke the yarn up through and out; then close the lid.

9.	Use cardboard emery boards as sandpaper for little parts or areas where regular sanders or files will not reach.

10.	Shred your leftover wrapping paper to make beauteous “stuffing” for gift baskets and bags.

11.	Use your lint roller around your sewing table to pick up bits of thread.

12.	Don’t toss out that old plastic tablecloth when you buy a new one. Use the old one as a table protector when crafting.

13.	For more prominent projects, use an old plastic shower curtain as a drop cloth or cut it into littler table protectors.

14.	Tweezers make outstanding holders for those little parts you’re attempting to glue or paint. Less glue and paint on fingers.

15.	Lubricate the tip of your needle before sewing by pushing it into a sliver of soap.

16.	Keep a roll of paper towels on your worktable to clean up spills, wipe your hands and even to use for creating texture in your paintings.

17.	Use an old coffee may sitting in a pot or pan of hot water on the burner to melt leftover pieces of candles. Make sure you handle the hot coffee may with oven mitts. Add an old candle, the long, tapered kind, to a cardboard milk carton. Add ice and then the melted wax. After the candle is set, tear away the carton over your sink to drain the water and you’ll have a distinguishable “Swiss cheese” candle to use. You may toss out the coffee may after it is use. No worrying when it comes to cleaning a pot with wax residue.

18.	Use an old (or new!) fishing case, with all it is a good deal of compartments, for your little craft parts.

19.	Hate throwing away the last sliver of soap? Break it up into pieces and place in a rubber baking mold. Melt more soap, either left over or purchased inexpensive soap, cool somewhat so it won’t melt your soap bits and pour into mold, let harden and pop your new soap out of the mold!

20.	Tape a little plastic grocery bag or a little paper bag to your sewing table so it hangs over the side. Handy for tossing out bits of cut thread and fabric scraps.

21.	A little metal parts cabinet (the kind for bolts, nails and screws, etc.) is great for storing little crafts elements and sewing items. I even have two of them housing all my earrings and necklaces – one or more drawers for each color!

These were just some of the handy hints I’ve applied over the years. There are TONS more out there which may result in “Handy Craft Tips Two” – hey, you never know…stay tuned! Oh, by the way, if YOU have any great tips to share, please email me at info@whimsies-online.com.

It’s so easy these days to plainly grab a camera or cell phone and snap a picture of whatsoever catches your eye. You may have thousands of photos just lying around. And that doesn’t count all of your other art like paintings and prints. So what is a person to do with all of these treasures that could never be parted with? There are a good deal of originative ways to hang and display art, and this article is full of such ideas. It will be hard to pick just a few!

The usual rule of thumb for hanging objects on the wall is to hang them at eye level. (Incidentally, odd numbered groupings always look the best.) Another important thoughtfulness is size – make sure the scale of your art matches the size of the wall and furniture. Lastly you will want to consider lighting. While objects and pictures do not need to be spotlighted, often times the art will be even more likeable if you focus a beam of light on it. Now that we have the basi principles of hanging art pieces we may talk in regards to ways to arrange them. Here are galore ideas:

Ways to Arrange Your Art on the Wall:

1.	Hang assorted pictures in a row, either horizontally or vertically. You could have just three or as some as you need to fill up your wall. It’s a good way to keep your eyes moving around the room, too.

2.	You may likewise offset them. Take two or more pictures and hang one. Then step the other one down by a few inches. It is sort of like hanging them on a diagonal.

3.	Place four also shaped objects in a square to create a box shape. If you have six or more you could always do a rectangle.

4.	Try placing art in a collage on your wall. Find assorted dissimilar objects such as paintings, photos, and architectural art and mix them up in a delighting way. Keep them reasonably close together and do not forget the rule of three.

5.	Hang photos above a staircase. Echo the shape of your stairs by staggering the items up the wall like a set of steps.

6.	Arrange your art in themes. If you have a bunch of botanicals, group them all together rather of placing them separately in dissimilar parts of your home.

Ways to Hang and Frame Your Art:

7.	Frame your popular pictures in a distinctive way.

The pieces will have to be little and not too busy if you do this.

10.	Group pictures together in a collage or one of the other suggested shapes. Then take a piece of molding and build a frame big sufficient to surround the whole group and hang it on the wall around the pieces. Or you could just use paint and invent a faux frame on the wall.

11.	Do you have a landscape picture of the beach or countryside? Consider buying a heap of inexpensive plastic shutters and putting them on either side of the item for a window effect.

Ways to Arrange Artwork on Furniture:

12.	Look through each room in your house and see where you might be competent to sit a good deal of pictures. Tops of cabinets and dressers work well, as do desks, the top of your TV, or even near the jacuzzi in the master bathroom.

13.	Do you have a space among your kitchen cabinets and the ceiling? This is a perfective spot to display galore little art.

14.	Got a fireplace? Try putting a great deal of photos or paintings on the mantle – don’t hang them above, just sit them on top. Enhance the photo with a couple of well-chosen accessories.

15.	If you have a curio cabinet that is not genuinely being employed for curios, you may always put art inside instead.

16.	Do you own a piano? The top of an upright, or even a grand piano, is a great place for art items.

17.	If your piece of art is comparatively large, undertake sitting it on the floor. Lean it versus a wall out of the way of kids, pets, and heavy traffic and watch the smiles you are sure to get.

18.	Hang up a shelf, set your pictures on top and lean them versus the wall. It is a nice alter from hanging them by a nail.

19.	If your décor will allow, put up a lot of chair rail picture molding. Like regular chair rails, this is installed at around three feet from the ground and is basically a very little shelf that circles your room. Lean art and photos up versus the wall and let your treasures surround you.

20.	If you are merely looking for a distinctive way to display your photos on a table, try a vignette. For example, gather three portrait photos, a couple of your bestloved landscape paintings, a tall candlestick and galore greenery and arrange them on the tabletop. It will make them seem more necessary if you group the items together.

Unique Places to Display Art:

21.	Hang three or four big pictures in a square or rectangle above your bed for an instant and distinguishable headboard.

22.	If the art is weather-resistant or may be made to withstand the elements, try hanging a piece or two outside. The front door makes a bold statement when adorned with a bestloved piece of art.

26.	Take three huge pieces of wood, hinge them together accordion style, cover them with fabric, and use them as a room divider screen. Hang photos, pictures and all kinds of other art on your “new wall”.

27.	Using the same idea, create a little screen for in front of your fireplace. It is a great spot to hang seasonal art for the summer when the fireplace is not in use.

Take a piece of art or a particular photo and get a flat frame to put it in. Nail a little piece of wood that is the same width as the frame and a couple of inches deep to the bottom. Paint it the same color as the frame, hang the photo on your wall, and you are ready to accessorize with a little bud vase, miniature collectables, or even spices in the kitchen.

Healy
These have worked out really well for displaying jewelry at shows and in stores.

I’ve swapped out the black velvet cards for my own and it’s a little bit of a tight fit on the bars, but I kind of like that. I twist my cards upright a little bit and they hold in place, so it gives a little better viewing angle for customers.

They are light, pack up into tight spaces well, and look great.

No problems with the base — nice and sturdy.

These earring display stands are SO much nicer than I ever could have imagined. Whenever I’m looking at earrings in the store, I wish I could display my earrings at home the same way. It would be a lot easier to choose them (and to find them)…and then I found this! I’m not one to take the time to submit a review on a product; that’s how impressed I am. Unlike the other reviewers, I bought these to put on my dresser for my own personal use. It is very sturdy, looks really classy, and displays my earrings beautifully. They are all right there at my fingertips, and I can see them all at a glance. It’s great! I’m even using one of them to display my necklaces. All you have to do is put them around the top rung and fasten them; and they hang nicely. They look great on my dresser. You can even set these display stands inside of each other to save space if you need to. I can’t say enough about them. THANKS for a great product!

Cut out a huge hole for the head and two littler holes for the arms and just slip over their heads. They may even decorate them with tie-dye, fabric paint or iron-ons.

5.	Use a toothpick to employ glue to a little part; less “glue-y” fingers!

6.	A damp Q-tip may pick up little items such as seed beads or rhinestones.

7.	Keep a magnet handy in case you drop needles or pins on the floor.

8.	A coffee may is outstanding for storing balls of yarn when crocheting or knitting. Simply punch a hole in the coffee may lid and poke the yarn up through and out; then close the lid.

9.	Use cardboard emery boards as sandpaper for little parts or areas where regular sanders or files will not reach.

10.	Shred your leftover wrapping paper to make gorgeous “stuffing” for gift baskets and bags.

11.	Use your lint roller around your sewing table to pick up bits of thread.

12.	Don’t toss out that old plastic tablecloth when you buy a new one. Use the old one as a table protector when crafting.

13.	For larger projects, use an old plastic shower curtain as a drop cloth or cut it into littler table protectors.

14.	Tweezers make great holders for those little constituents you’re attempting to glue or paint.

No worrying with regards to cleaning a pot with wax residue.

18.	Use an old (or new!) fishing case, with all it is galore compartments, for your little craft parts.

19.	Hate throwing away the last sliver of soap? Break it up into pieces and place in a rubber baking mold. Melt more soap, either left over or purchased inexpensive soap, cool more or less so it won’t melt your soap bits and pour into mold, let harden and pop your new soap out of the mold!

20.	Tape a little plastic grocery bag or a little paper bag to your sewing table so it hangs over the side. Handy for tossing out bits of cut thread and fabric scraps.

21.	A little metal parts cabinet (the kind for bolts, nails and screws, etc.) is outstanding for storing little crafts constituents and sewing items. I even have two of them housing all my earrings and necklaces – one or more drawers for each color!

These were just a good deal of of the handy hints I’ve applied over the years. There are TONS more out there which may result in “Handy Craft Tips Two” – hey, you never know…stay tuned! Very heavy, which I guess to some is a plus, but for kids, no. The butterflies are very, very small, smaller than expected. But I purchased it at 50% off, so its a keeper… seldom used, but a keeper. I probably will be very hesitant buying Martha Stewart again unless I can find one that can be used on card stock. In the meantime, I have other brands that do a great job and will probably go back to the “other” brand.

It’s so easy these days to merely grab a camera or cell phone and snap a picture of whatsoever catches your eye. You may have thousands of photos just lying around. And that doesn’t count all of your other art like paintings and prints. So what is a person to do with all of these treasures that could never be parted with? There are galore originative ways to hang and display art, and this article is full of such ideas. It will be hard to pick just a few!

The standard rule of thumb for hanging objects on the wall is to hang them at eye level. They will plainly be more delighting to look at if you don’t have to look way up or down to see them. If you are hanging pieces in a group, think of all of them as one huge picture. In these cases it may be requiring little effort to cut out scraps of paper the same size as your art and position them on the floor before in truth going for the hammer. (Incidentally, odd numbered groupings always look the best.) Another crucial contemplation is size – make sure the scale of your art matches the size of the wall and furniture. Lastly you will want to consider lighting. While objects and pictures do not need to be spotlighted, oftentimes times the art will be even more likeable if you focus a beam of light on it. Now that we have the fundamentals of hanging art pieces we may talk with regards to ways to arrange them. Here are a lot of ideas:

Ways to Arrange Your Art on the Wall:

1.	Hang assorted pictures in a row, either horizontally or vertically. You could have just three or as a heap of as you need to fill up your wall. It’s a good way to keep your eyes moving around the room, too.

2.	You may also offset them. Take two or more pictures and hang one. Then step the other one down by a few inches. It is sort of like hanging them on a diagonal.

3.	Place four likewise shaped objects in a square to give rise to a box shape.

7.	Frame your frequent pictures in a distinctive way.

Or you could just use paint and develop a faux frame on the wall.

11.	Do you have a landscape picture of the beach or countryside? Consider buying a heap of inexpensive plastic shutters and putting them on either side of the item for a window effect.

Ways to Arrange Artwork on Furniture:

12.	Look through each room in your house and see where you might be competent to sit galore pictures. Tops of cabinets and dressers work well, as do desks, the top of your TV, or even near the jacuzzi in the master bathroom.

13.	Do you have a space among your kitchen cabinets and the ceiling? This is a perfective spot to display some little art.

14.	Got a fireplace? Try putting a great deal of photos or paintings on the mantle – don’t hang them above, just sit them on top. Enhance the photo with a couple of well-chosen accessories.

15.	If you have a curio cabinet that is not actually being employed for curios, you may always put art inside instead.

19.	If your décor will allow, put up a great deal of chair rail picture molding. Like regular chair rails, this is installed at around three feet from the ground and is basically a very little shelf that circles your room. Lean art and photos up versus the wall and let your treasures surround you.

20.	If you are merely looking for a distinctive way to display your photos on a table, undertake a vignette. For example, gather three portrait photos, a couple of your bestloved landscape paintings, a tall candlestick and a heap of greenery and arrange them on the tabletop. It will make them seem more essential if you group the items together.

Unique Places to Display Art:

21.	Hang three or four big pictures in a square or rectangle above your bed for an instant and distinctive headboard.

22.	If the art is weather-resistant or may be made to withstand the elements, undertake hanging a piece or two outside. The front door makes a bold statement when adorned with a bestloved piece of art.

26.	Take three huge pieces of wood, hinge them together accordion style, cover them with fabric, and use them as a room divider screen. Hang photos, pictures and all kinds of other art on your “new wall”.

27.	Using the same idea, construct a little screen for in front of your fireplace. It is a great spot to hang seasonal art for the summer when the fireplace is not in use.

All the wiring was disconnected and re-connected, thinking it was loose wiring. This did not solve the problem. The receiver wasn’t able to turn on. The wiring was tested with a volt-meter and power was confirmed on both sides of the receivers fuses (product has 2 fuses). It seems as though the receiver had internal damage. It is an extremem pain in the a.. to go through the entire installation and then realize the product is faulty. Somehow confirm the receiver works before tearing your boat apart!

Wiring up was also simple as everything to install, wire, and make ready to listen was included in this kit. Sound was really good and clear. Would definitely recommend this product to others, as it is an outstanding product. It truly blends in with the white console and the wireless remote works well when running on the water and you do not want to look down at the actually display. Outstanding product overall.

Nothing fills children’s time better than distinctive arts & crafts projects. Hands on activenesses such as these promote ability to create as well as little and big motor skills. Children likewise learn how to coordinate themselves and follow directions.

Insect Projects

Kids and insects go hand in hand. Rare is the child that shies away from ants, ladybugs or spiders, as they are plainly curious regarding their world and all that populate it. What better way to draw on this spirit of adventure and curiosity than by completing an insect project!

The Butterfly Mobile is distinguishable in that it does not just feature butterflies, but their life cycle as well. This adds another dimension to the child’s learning. Items necessitated are assorted sheets of dissimilar colored construction paper, a gift tag, scissors, pencil, glue, string (or yarn), paper plate, markers, paint or crayons, and tape (or stapler).

The base of this project is the paper plate. Cut a spiral circle out of the plate, and then embellish it with the crayons, markers and/or paint. Using a piece of green paper cut out a leaf. This leaf represents the original stage of the butterfly’s life. The next step is to glue or tape “butterfly eggs” to the bottom of the leaf. Eggs may be formulated by little paper circles produced by hole punches, or cut them yourself. Butterfly eggs may be white, green or yellow and are normally circular or oval. These ought to be clustered on the undersurface of the leaf.

Use another (perhaps darker) shade of green paper in the shape of a caterpillar. Decorate the caterpillar with the markers. Wiggle eyes may be applied if desired.

Use a brown piece of paper to cut out a pupa (like a cocoon), decorate it.

Next invent the butterfly wings by folding a colorful piece of paper in half and cutting a heart shape (without the point) out of it. Make the body of the butterfly out of a darker color paper. Have fun embellishing the butterfly wings.

Staple, tape or glue the string to the spiral paper plate and attach all of the butterfly’s life’s stages!

Ocean Project

Unique arts & crafts projects are fun and interesting for children, in particular when sea life is incorporated. Cup of Fish is a fun, colorful project any child will enjoy, and they will be competent to eat it, too!

For this project you’ll need: blue jello, clear plastic cups, gummy fish and an appetite. Make the jello as per the directions on the box; fill the cups to with regards to halfway, store away in the refrigerator for regarding an hour (they need to set only partially). Put a few of the gummy fish inside the jello before it has set completely. Complete the setting routine in the refrigerator, then enjoy! This may also be done with Popsicle molds, as well as a huge punch bowl. An edible aquarium!

Holiday Project

Unique arts & crafts projects may be used for holidays and special occasions as well. The Festive Napkin Ring may be used anytime there is a particular gathering for family and friends. Items necessitated are felt, (one ought to be green and the other may be any color), scissors, and a pencil. Create a template for each piece required for the ring. One looks like a huge dog bone, and the other two are four-petaled flowers, one small, one medium sized. Using the templates, trace around the felt then cut. Make a little slit in the flower shaped felt pieces only. The green felt must be applied for the more prominent of the flower shaped pieces. Slip the green piece onto the bone piece, and then slip the other flower shape inside the green piece. This gives rise to a blossomed flower effect. Slip the other end of the bone piece through the two flower pieces, completing the circle or ring. Grab a napkin, insert into the ring and you’ve got yourself a festive napkin holder!

1.	Use inexpensive index cards to staple on fabric swatches or ribbon; very handy to take with you to your fabric or craft shop.

2.	Old pillowcases make handy cover-ups for children! Cut out a big hole for the head and two littler holes for the arms and just slip over their heads. They may even decorate them with tie-dye, fabric paint or iron-ons.

5.	Use a toothpick to utilize glue to a little part; less “glue-y” fingers!

10.	Shred your leftover wrapping paper to make finelooking “stuffing” for gift baskets and bags.

11.	Use your lint roller around your sewing table to pick up bits of thread.

12.	Don’t toss out that old plastic tablecloth when you buy a new one. Use the old one as a table protector when crafting.

13.	For more spectacular projects, use an old plastic shower curtain as a drop cloth or cut it into littler table protectors.

After the candle is set, tear away the carton over your sink to drain the water and you’ll have a distinctive “Swiss cheese” candle to use. You may toss out the coffee may after it is use. No worrying in regards to cleaning a pot with wax residue.

I even have two of them housing all my earrings and necklaces – one or more drawers for each color!
